Accessible location near bus lines. Free parking and free "Kids Corner Hang-Out" supervised by park staff during this meeting.

Thanks!

A major Thank You to the three Windom Park businesses who donated door prizes for our Holiday Social meeting in December!

Thank you, Mother Earth Gardens, Healing Elements, and The Mill NE for your generosity to our neighborhood. And congratulations to the lucky winners who took home some nice stuff!

The Good, The Bad and The Ugly (of Composting)

Thanks to all who joined us for our February neighborhood meeting to learn the best ways of environmentally friendly backyard composting to keep pets, wildlife, kids and your neighbors safe, sound and happy. With WPCiA's backing, City Council Member Kevin Reich agreed to move forward with a proposal to change the city's composting ordinance. We'll continue to follow the progress on this topic and report back to you.
