Windom Park Citizens in Action-Board of Directors Meeting
Board Members Attending: Doron Clark, Aaron Timbo, Jennifer Massoll, Lilly Bubser, Kevin Reich. Others Attending: Don Anderson, Gayle Bonneville (staff) and Bev Banks (NRP)
Call to order at 7:04 p.m. by Doron Clark.
Motion: Approval of Minutes with amendment: add total $298,702.00. 1st: Kevin Reich 2nd: Lilly Bubser
NRP Discussion: Bev Banks announced that Jack Whitehurst would be our new NRP Representative. Contact info: 612.673.5143 jack@nrp.org

Stinson Task Force: Christa Laird has purchased SOS (Save Our Stinson) signs to put in resident yards on Stinson Blvd. Doron Clark discussed giving gift receipt to Christa Laird for $145.00 for the purchase of the signs.
Renter Outreach: Discussion about application for CURA Community Based Research Program. Possibly join with East Harriet Neighborhood and share intern. Windom Park would host intern to do research on how to get renters more involved in the neighborhood. 20 hours/wk for 10 weeks.
Motion: Moved to partner with East Harriet Neighborhood on CURA program. 1st Kevin Reich, 2nd Jennifer Massoll
Newsletter: Editor has resigned. Doron Clark suggested that a “call for editor” be announced at next neighborhood meeting.
Website: Suggestion made to include photos of neighborhood of the month with no time commitment for photos. Aaron Timbo suggested that menu bar be accessible both at top and bottom of WPCiA website.
Budget: Will be discussed first thing at April's Board Meeting
CLUP Liquor Announcement: Gayle announced that business has not officially applied for a liquor license from the city. This should not be an action item until business does so. All are welcome to attend CLUP meeting to voice opinions.
