Windom Park Citizens in Action - Board of Directors Meeting

January 8, 2008

Board Members Attending: Doron Clark, Aaron Timbo, Steve Sylvester, Jennifer Massoll, Kevin Reich, Lilly Bubser. Others Attending: Don Anderson, Gayle Bonneville (staff)

Call to order at 7:05 p.m. by Doron Clark.

Board Training by Robert Thompson from NRP office (see handouts)

Agenda set for Jan. 15 neighborhood meeting

Kevin Reich moves approval of minutes. 2nd: Aaron Timbo. Approved.

Motion by Reich: To move board meetings to every 4th Tuesday of the month from every 2nd Tuesday of the month and to move CLUP meetings to every 2nd Tuesday of the month. Motion seconded by Lilly Bubser and approved. (In transition, next board meeting is Jan. 29, then Feb. 26 regular schedule starts.)
